For those who need paper to organize their thoughts, I have generated this worksheet.
Before anyone puts forth the argument that technology will replace teachers, they should read Will Richardson's blog response to the Wall Street Journal's article "My Teacher is an App".
I had the pleasure of meeting Will at an OTF event in the Spring of 2011, and he is a passionate proponent of 21st Century Education. Having taught for 22 years, Will is now a an outspoken advocate for change in schools and classrooms in the context of the diverse new learning opportunities that the Web and other technologies now offer. His passion is infectious, and his vision is clear. If you only follow one twitter account, make it his. There are thousands of "cool" websites, these are only a few of the ones that I mention during my presentation. Please feel free to email me any resources that you would like to share.
