You have the next 3 periods to work on your Chapman's assignment.  Make sure that you follow all the steps, reminding yourself that this is a fantastic way to review the skills that you learned in AWE3MI.  Expectations remain the same as last year, these pieces all need to be professional, polished, and the best demonstration of your skill sets.  These will be the last days you have to work on this in class, so you may need to plan with your partner when you are going to get together to finish/polish for homework.

Wednesday: We are going to finish up the basics of photography, review the exposure triangle, and start to work on the Photographing Life's Images assignment.  The link to the MSNBC website is here.  Don't be afraid to explore more than just one week's worth of pictures.  We learn from others, and you should use these photos, and your critiques of them, as inspiration to motivate and improve your own art.

The second part of the assignment  asks you to look at the Kodak website, which can be found here.

Thursday: I am away at a meeting.  Finish the assignment from yesterday, and hand it in to the supply teacher (make sure your name is on it!!!).  If you have any time left in class, take the opportunity to explore the GHSS Yearbook group on on flickr.com, and leave constructive feedback on the work of the photographers that are listed there.  Remember to be mature and professional.
