Deadlines are looming!
We need to push forward.
Yesterday, I added the last part of the scaffolding necessary to build the skill base you need to move forward with creating your yearbook pages. The "Design Your New Packaging" assignment is the last InDesign project that you will complete this year (beside your Yearbook pages). For those who are struggling a bit with gathering the information necessary to complete your Interview Assignment, this should give you another option in class. Expectations are that both of the projects are done by December 16th (with the interview project, especially if it is going to be a Christmas present done by the 9th).
We will also need to talk about portfolios today, just so you are reminded ONCE again about what the expectations are for the end of January.
Another batch of points (50-80) should be handed in no later than December 9th (this is ON TOP of the expectations I have for you to complete your yearbook responsibilities). Some of you have spent TOO much time socializing in class, and now find yourself overally stressed with the work you need to complete (and a lack of quality is NOT an option). The best way to get caught up is to spend a lunch or four (or time after school) looking after your responsibilities. Don't forget to be developing your portfolios as you go along.
